Product Description:

LB-516 dispersant is a polycarboxylate sodium salt dispersant with good dispersibility and maximum pigment carrying capacity. It has excellent dispersibility for titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, and porcelain clay. The prepared coating has excellent performance and is resistant to organic pigmentsHighly hydrophobic substances have strong dispersibility. Application tests have shown that LB-516 high-efficiency dispersant has the advantages of low dosage, high efficiency, low viscosity, low grinding viscosity, wide dosage range, and good storage stability of the dispersion system.

2、 Unique performance

1. LB-516 dispersant has good water solubility and good compatibility with ethylene glycol and propylene glycol. When used in glossy and semi glossy latex paints, it can achieve excellent initial gloss and maintain gloss even after aging.

2. For pigments with high hydrophobicity, their color compatibility can be significantly improved and the amount of wetting agent can be reduced.

3. The molecular structure of special functional groups gives it excellent water resistance, high efficiency and low dosage, and improves the water resistance of paint films.

4. Under the same conditions, the coating system has long-term dispersibility and a relatively stable viscosity, which remains unchanged during storage.

5. LB-516 dispersant has low foaming properties, and the coating is in a low foaming state during manufacturing and use.

Water based ink, varnish, and water-based paint systems are particularly suitable for the preparation of colorants.

4、 Usage suggestions

It has a wide range of dosage, and the specific dosage should be determined according to the experiment. The recommended dosage is 0.5-3.0% (total weight of the system).
